Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy To ensure optimal preparation and resource allocation for your event, Impulse Productions requires all bookings to be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. This lead time allows us to guarantee the high-quality service that defines our brand. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. 2. Cancellation Policy At Impulse Productions, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans may change. You are free to cancel your booking at any time. However, please be advised that any down deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs incurred in the initial stages of planning and preparation for your event.
